BadBat: Ok, lets talk about the first tour from Sensorium. If you can recall,
do you think it was a good tour? Can you tell us some special postive or
negative points?

Sensorium: Sensorium's first tour was successful in certain aspects i.e playing in
different countries and being Sensorium's first tour it was good for the band.
The down sides of the tour were we felt that the headlining band, Gothic Sex,
hadn't toured these countries before either, so we felt that we should have
played with a band with a higher profile.

BadBat: Do you feel you had a good connection with the public on this tour?
Did they like your sound?

Sensorium: We felt that the audience feedback was very good, as we are a new band,
and have not toured these countries before as Sensorium, we felt it was a
successful tour in some respects.

BadBat: I have heard about a new Sensorium CD in 1998. Please tell me a little
about the upcoming release from Sensorium!!

Sensorium: Sensorium plan a new release in spring/summer 1998. We feel that the
bands new material is a far more refined and structured sound, as we have had
more time to experiment with different sounds and ideas, but without losing
the Sensorium sound

BadBat: Now, let me know some things about the band members! Where are all the
bandmembers from?

Sensorium: The band is from London.
In our spare time we go to various industrial/goth clubs i.e Slimelight and
the Electric Ballroom, where you can still hear half decent music. All the
band members have known each other for a few years before forming Sensorium,
as we all used to go down to the same clubs and gigs.

BadBat: What kind of sounds (music???) do they listen to in private?

Sensorium: We listen to bands like early Sisters, Nine Inch Nails, Misery Loves
Company etc.

BadBat: Which band member came up with the idea to start Sensorium?

Sensorium: It was a joint agreement to form Sensorium by Paul Miles, Simon Rippin and
Peter "Bob" White.

BadBat: Where did the name Sensorium come from?

Sensorium: It was an unreleased Nefilim song.

BadBat: Do you think you will come back to Switzerland another time???

Sensorium: Yes, we hope to be visiting again in Sping 1998, and if any promoters want
to contact the band, they can e-mail us on Sensorium3@aol.com

BadBat: Did you like the Sacrosanct Festival, and was it the first big gig for
Sensorium?

Sensorium: Sacrosanct was the first gig that the band played. It was OK, but we had
a few technical problems, so it put a bit of a downer on the evening.

BadBat: What do you think about the gothic scene 1997?

Sensorium: I think that the goth scene is not very healthy in 1997, as there are no
large Companies willing to sign up new alternative bands to be able to give
the new bands distribution in different countries, so most of these bands
never get heard, and there is never new blood coming to the scene.

BadBat: And the last question... How do you feel 1998 for Sensorium?

Sensorium: We feel very positive for 1998, as the new album will be far superior to
our debut album "Jahazralah". We hope to be playing far more countries in the
coming year.
